Working on a yacht is an exciting and adventurous job. Yacht recruitment agencies provide dedicated, professional teams in order to match the right crew with the right yacht. Initially, you are likely to work as a Stewardess learning essential skills from your Chief or 2nd Steward/ess. One of the most important requirements is to be flexible in your approach, as you will work long hours undertaking a mix of responsibilities.

Chef /Sous Chef/Crew Cook and Cook: Working as a Chef on a yacht is a challenging position, however, depending upon the size of the yacht, there could be a Sous Chef and even a Cook to assist you. As Chef you are responsible for provisioning, preparation and final presentation of all meals for the guests and crew alike.
